Why we should meditate/exercise every day






Meditation can open up surprisingly many doors when it comes to being more aware, mindful, focused and just at peace with yourself.
i try to meditate every morning for about 15 minutes and been doing that for quite some time now. originally.  with this article i'd like to share how meditating every day has changed the way i think , the way i judge , the why i deal with people , the way i react to stimuli.


there are a lot of reason why people meditate, ranging from dealing with stress and anxiety to being more mindful, focused , and present in the moment every day .

 Exercise and meditation both  help to promote health on all levels , including your physical, psychological and emotional well - being . Regular moderate activity helps  you to maintain overall vitality , manage your weight and keep your stress levels low. meditation techniques improve focus and lowers stress . people tend to be a bit lopsided when it comes to fitness - which is unfortunate.


with all these different styles- and with all of their accompanying  different schools of thought- how do you know which type of meditation you should us.but what if you are feeling overwhelmed while confined to your desk at work or sitting in traffic. then you might prefer a more passive from of meditation , in which you simply relax and focus on your breathing for few minute.
