Chinese menus offer a wide variety of food



The chinese food will be extraodinery. chine has the most popular culinary heritage in the world. A typical chinese meal will have two things a carbohydrate or starch like noodles, rice or buns, and accompanying stir fries or dishes of veggies, fish and meet . they use a lot of fresh vegetables like mushroom,water chestnuts, bamboo and even tofu. 

In china, having a meals is all about socializing. inauthentic chinese restaurants, there are many dishes on the menu you are supposed to share with everyone sitting at your table. in western menus, dishes are divided into section such as lunch and dinner.

unlike western menus, chinese menus have separate section such as 'noodle dishes' , meat dishes, vegetable dishes , beverages etc. 

Each dish focuses  on creating a balance between three aspect- appearance, aroma, and taste . they pay a lot of attention to the aesthentic appearnce of the food with diversified colours. souces and seasonings like fish souce five spice powder, oyster ginger and other are used generously to offer a complex play of flavour and aroma 

in china, it is common to have as many dishes on the tables as there are persons around it.if there are five people sitting at the table, they should select five dishes. for example , three vegetable dishes and two meat dishes.


Although the taste and style of a dish may very depending on the restaurant that prepares it, you should know what some typical dishes on the chinese menu are and how to translate them. 

chinese traditional dishes are famous for color, aroma , taste, meaning and appearance.there dishes are  available in most karge restaruants in china. for convenince ordering, we also give their chinese names.if you really appreciate hotpot rather than just ordering fired rice , chowmein, and dim sum all the time, you are truly a chinese cuisine fan.

Rather than cooking pork by stir- frying or deep- frying, which consumer lots of oil and can very easily overcook the pork it is boiled in water with a coating made from egg- white and starch to preserve its freshness and trederness.

the meaty broyh is typical sichun cuisune, featuring a peppery and spicy taste. when eating, you will find each piece of meat contains abundant juice with a fresh and fragrant spicy aroma.
