Women entrepreneurs in india have come a long way

The women entrepreneurship in india is increasing at a significant rate. today, women constitute of 10% of the total entrepreneurs and are also making significant efforts to achieve economic growth in the country. however, women in the transitional economy are still facing issues like unavailability of resource, no support from family, gender discrimination, financial barriers.

On the other hand many indian women are still undertaking entrepreneurship due to factors such as increased leval of education, family support , help from various organisation but therefore the current literature available has been studied intensively to identify the current status of women entreprenurs in india , issues faced by them , the role played by goverment and various other institions to support women entrepreneurs and to find out the factors motivating them to enter  the bussiness world 

it feels a great joy when it comes to talking about women's uprising in a male dominant world and an era with a great combination of india womens business. previously indian women was know for converting money earned by men to food to eat for the whole family and in today's , here was have some esteemed personalities in front of us kiran marzumdar of indian women for becoming an businessman.

indian women entrepreneurs as women who are capable of establishing and running an endeavour of her own with confidence by balancing between her personal and professional life . talking about facts india has about 49% women of their total population and out of which 15% bof which are entrepreneurs. also it makes me really glad to say that indian has a good proportion of women as entrepreneurs under the age of 30. well the real happiness rises when we see society and country celebrating this new of indian women. 

it helps the women to establish their own business as they are aware about their right and are confident enough to manage their own place in the male dominated society .also , women are supported by their family and they can take decision on their own .in additional to this , it has been obseved that the  employment leval of women in unorganized sector has subsequently increase .

i mean to say that women should get a chance, why should a man be less then man women has to come forward because women is no less responsible then a man
